Our Services

How we accompany you on the path of sound

At ParPer, we do not view services as something that is contracted and consumed. We view them as ways of accompanying, listening, and responding to what each person seeks when they approach sound.

Although what we are most passionate about is creating completely customised handcrafted instruments, our work does not end there. We do not just shape metal: we bring sound experiences to life.

We tune, restore, customise, guide and share everything we have learned, because we believe that sound is a powerful tool for connection, calm and expression. Every service we offer stems from the same essence that guides us in our workshop: care, authenticity and a love of music experienced from within.

Handcrafted instrument making

Each instrument is handcrafted, one by one, from the first cut to the final adjustment. We even prepare the metals ourselves for manufacturing. We do not mass produce or repeat pieces as if they were identical, because they are not.

During the process, we listen to the metal, tune it, make adjustments, and listen again, until the instrument finds its balance and its voice. These instruments are designed to last, to accompany long processes and to continue responding over time.

Sound customisation

Sound is not the same for everyone, which is why personalisation is an essential part of our work.

We help you choose the scale, frequency and type of sound response according to how you want to use the instrument and the feeling you are looking for. You don't need to know anything about music or theory: we guide you based on what you hear, what you feel and your real intention.

If you are left-handed, we also adapt the layout of the keys so that the instrument fits your natural playing style.
The instrument adapts to you, not the other way around.

Visual customisation

The visual aspect is not a decorative addition; it is part of the instrument. That is why each design is customised, ensuring that what you see is consistent with what you hear.

We listen to your ideas, your tastes, and what inspires you to create a unique design: colours, symbols, textures, and details that make each piece an extension of the person receiving it.

No two are alike.
And we don't want two alike either. Each instrument is unique.

Real support throughout the entire process

We don't just hand over an instrument and disappear.

From the first contact until the instrument reaches your hands, we are in communication with you, sharing progress through photos, videos and direct communication, resolving doubts and adjusting details if necessary. And afterwards, too.

Because we know that when you start playing, new questions, new sensations and new paths arise. And we're still here.

Repair and restoration

Sometimes an instrument needs more than just time. A knock, wear and tear or the passage of years can cause it to stop responding as it once did, and when it makes sense to do so, we are there to restore its balance.

La reparación es un proceso técnico, pero también profundamente artesanal: observamos, escuchamos y ajustamos con paciencia cada detalle hasta que el instrumento vuelve a vibrar con coherencia.

Restoration involves more than just technical corrections; it also involves restoring the instrument's presence, brilliance and history. We like to show the before and after because seeing an instrument reborn is part of the magic of this craft.

Each case is always assessed with honesty and respect.

Courses and learning support

In addition to manufacturing instruments, we also support those who wish to learn how to play them.

We firmly believe that you should not have to pay to receive assistance.
We always provide guidance, answer questions, and openly support those who need it, both before and after purchasing their instrument.

Even so, there are people who feel they want a more in-depth, more structured teaching approach or simply closer guidance, even when first starting out with the instrument. For them, we have created optional courses and workshops, designed for learning from scratch, without music theory and without pressure.

We currently offer a free introductory online course as a starting point and opportunity for discovery.
And for those who wish, there are also personalised packages that combine the course and an instrument, tailored to each person and their progress, either in person or via video call with us.

Here, learning is not about meeting objectives: it is about listening, trying and discovering your own pace.

Concerts, collaborations and live projects

In addition to working in the wworkshop, sometimes sound demands to go out, to encounter other spaces and other people.

We perform concerts, collaborations, and performances in intimate and carefully curated settings, using handpans and steel tongue tank drums, either solo or combined with other sound elements, depending on the project and the moment.

We do not work with fixed formats or repeated performances. Each proposal is adapted to the space, the audience and the intention: meditative concerts, sound encounters, artistic collaborations or events where sound accompanies and creates atmosphere.

There are also moments when, as a result of research and experimentation in the workshop, new instruments, prototypes or sound ideas are born that join the journey.
Some are here to stay. Others simply appear, are experienced and then follow their course.

If you have an idea, a space or a project and feel that sound can contribute something real, write to us. We like it when things arise from encounters rather than formats.

We create the instrument you desire with you

Here, you don't need to know anything about music theory or solfège.
To play our instruments, all you need is feeling and desire.

There are no magic formulas here.
We simply talk to you when you need us to, listen to you above all else, and give you our all.

You tell us what you are looking for, what you would like to achieve, what you would like to express, how you want to use it, or what you simply like. We figure out how to do it and build a travel companion, a sonic gem, something that truly belongs to you.

You choose what you want...
And we make it happen.

At ParPer Drum, we don't just manufacture instruments. We accompany processes, inspire paths and create vibrations that linger.

Thank you very much for reading. We hope you will join the ParPer Family.
